About the Award
The Carol S. Fox MAKING KIDS COUNT Awards Reception was presented for the first time in 2012. The award is named in honor of Carol Spaulding Fox, a co-founder and long-time board member at Voices. Click here to learn more about Carol S. Fox. The award recognizes a Virginia individual and an organization for exemplary efforts to improve the lives of children in the Commonwealth.
